SEVEN HOME REMEDIES FOR WHITER TEETH

SAY CHEESE! SAY APPLE! When taking pictures we often say these words to have a perfect photographed smiling face picture. A smile that could launch a thousands ships but what if when you were browsing some of your great photos on your laptop and saw something weird on your teeth, maybe it's a camera problem, not a very good resolution picture, or an accidental mark when it was printed or maybe someone was playing tricks on you. That's why you went to the bathroom and look if there was something there. WAAAAHHH! STAINS ON YOUR TEETH.

What are the causes of these? Your teeth are like a good classic porcelain plate. They are very white and shiny but when you are a coffee addict, tea lover, cola freak and a highly pigmented food junkie, your teeth will surely have many graffiti that will tell you, I AM NO WALL NOR SAND, DON'T LEAVE A TRACE ON ME. This is not good but don't be scared I have some solutions here, only for you.

BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH THREE TIMES A DAY!

Cleaning your teeth every after meal would have less chance of keeping stains on your teeth.

SODA POWER.

Baking soda plus hydrogen peroxide equals home whitening toothpaste. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide has anti-stain particles that could remove those loathsome stains.

ELECTRIFY YOUR SMILE.

According to a study, 96 percent of plaque can be removed by an electric toothbrush. It will push more of the stain-collecting plaque off on your teeth.

DISSOLVE IT.

Antibacterial mouthwash will reduce stain-catching plaque.

DENTAL STRING.

Flossing requires much effort than brushing but you can remove more stain causing things in between teeth .

DON'T LIGHT UP.

Smoking is one of your teeth's enemy. Not only bad for your health, tobacco causes dark brown stains and it can be hardly remove by brushing alone.

GO AND CONSULT.

If the stain is too difficult to be removed, your dentist could help you.
