I HATE LIFE. I
said this many times and I guess everyone has said this once in their lifetime.
Businessman, poor man, rich man, beautiful, ugly, young, old even nurses and
doctors themselves experience being down and depressed. There's
nothing wrong with being down unless you're so down that you want to end
it with a cut on your wrist or a bullet on your head. Then again being sad is
the worst feeling ever and sometimes we find crazy ideas just to make ourselves
feel better. By the way, here are some proven methods that can uplift your
spirit.
BE ACTIVE AND HAVE FUN.

If you are
living in an apartment alone with no one to talk to aside from your vacuum
cleaner and rice cooker, go out and have fun. Doing household chores alone is
sure to make you more depressed. It doesn't matter what you like to do as long
as you are active, you could visit a friend, have a walk with your pet, eat
dessert in a restaurant, ride a bike. Anything that could make you feel better.
By the way watching TV and listening to sad music won't help.
TALK IT OUT.
Our emotions are
like the same as water, it flows and it needs an outlet. I can say that this is
really helpful based on my experience but be careful in choosing whom you share
it with. Find someone who really cares about you.
GO DRAMA and BE ARSTY BITSY!
"When
I'm sad, I always watch movies, just to have a back up reason why I am crying.
A friend told me this. When your sad and you want to cry, just let it. It could
lessen the burden you feel. But if movies is not your type, get paints, crayons
and other art materials. Make a masterpiece. According to studies, painters and
others artist made their masterpiece when they were sad.
GO AHEAD AND SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM.
When your sad,
know why. What is the reason why I am sad? If you can know what's bothering
you, you can understand the problem and you can begin to figure out what
you need.

Being physically
healthy can help over the blues. This could be a good outlet of tension.
BREAK THE FAST AND AVOID PRESSURE!
Having a full
schedule so that you can reach your goal fast wouldn't help so much. You will
face a lot of dilemmas along the way and can cause you to be depressed.
Just be at your pace and have time for a great massage. Also avoid making major
decisions because if something went wrong, you may feel really bad. You will
blame yourself. To avoid this, you can ask the majority of what they think is
right but if you are not convince explain to them what you think is better.
THINK BEFORE YOU ACT.
Going to the
department store for shopping and paying so much in your credit card, opening
your refrigerator to eat and being fat would make you more depressed. Every
actions you do could affect what you will have in the future. Be wise enough
and do something that could profit you.
